Establishing a center for cultivating professionals of foreign languages in Southern Taiwan  
We look to establish a center for foreign language training in Southern Taiwan using our excellent teaching faculty and research resources.

   Promoting international academic exchange and cooperation
1. Boosting our cooperation with overseas educational institutions by establishing academic partnerships with sister schools and by prompting the programs of student and teacher exchange.
2. Implementing the program of dual degrees in cooperation with overseas universities.
3. Organizing international academic conferences.

    Promoting professionalism
1. Establishing in-service master programs
2. Providing foreign language training to the public in local communities.

 Adopting effective measures to achieve our vision

1. Cooperating with elementary schools to hold English SDGs Summer Camps regularly, expecting to develop students’ SDGs awareness and fulfill our university social responsibility. 

2. Introducing company internships to students.
3. Promoting technology-enhanced learning of foreign languages and   developing students’ information technology competence. 

4. Working with companies to conduct R&D projects.
